Returns:

Returns of Products are subject to A/V Integration current return policies which are set forth here on our website and on the invoice. These policies may be subject to additional or lesser return rights adopted by the manufacturer or publisher. The Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the customer and Avishop.com for the matters set forth herein and shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth in A/V Integration invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in customers' purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like shall have no effect.

For Refunds:

All returns for refund must be authorized by A/V Integration within 30 days of the delivery date. A reasonable restocking fee may be charged based on the condition of return item and S&H cost is not refundable.

For Replacements:

Replacements will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product. Replacements will be the only recourse for returns after 30 days from the delivery date have passed. A/V Integration will only replace item(s) for the exact same item(s) during its warranty period. Sorry, we cannot exchange one item with a different item. The Product ID (UPC) must be the same.

Out of Stock or Discontinued Items:

If you return a product for replacement and it is Out of Stock or Discontinued when the item is received, you may be contacted by the A/V Integration Returns department and offered a suitable replacement or option for a store credit.

Limitations

• Our returns and exchange service is limited to all purchases made from A/V Integration. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them directly. (Unauthorized reselling of A/V Integration products is prohibited.)
• • Warranty-related shipping costs can only be covered in the country of purchase. If the product is taken outside the country of purchase, any shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Alternatively, we can offer a 50% refund of the item's purchase price without the need to return.
• If returning an item, please ship it back within 20 days after you receive approval. Further delay may void your return. Friendly reminder:   When contacting us for help, be sure to have your A/V Integration Order Number for troubleshooting! In the event our exchange policy changes, we’ll be sure to update this page.
