If you need to use 4K projector, you will need a fiber HDMI cable. I purchased this cable after reading forums on users who needed a cable like this for their 4k projectors and it works perfectly. I'm getting 3840 x 2160 HDR signals to my JVC DLA-X790r through my Emotiva MC-700 processor from my PS4 Pro and my Android media player playing 4k blu-ray backups.
