HDMI 8X8 Matrix 4K with SPDIF

Money saver, easy to install and easy to use
It helps me saved thousands dollars by using this switch instead of going with Creston. I ordered this switch to use in a RV to switch 5 resources among 8 outputs, since they don’t have a 5x8 product, the 8x8 just works fine. The remote allows me to switch each output individually by scrolling back or forward from input 1 to input 8, and the 9th button row switches all 8 outputs at once. The unit also has an Ethernet connection and you can enable DHCP via the front panel. It suggests me to use Cat5e or cat 6 shielded cable, but I used my unshielded, it also works great. The RS-232 interface also uses the same command set. Switching takes about 1 second, and you don't get the resets on other outputs when switching that you see on some other units. While I haven't tested any 4k content through the switch, it works well with all the 1080p content I've driven through it. Overall, it's a very good switch and it totally worth the price you paid for.
